Aldora "Dora" (Eoff) Brumfield was the daughter of Isaac Alexander Eoff and Missouri Ann Campbell. the former a native of Tennessee and the latter of Arkansas. Dora was raised in Boone County Arkansas along with brothers, Richard Campbell Eoff and James Clarence Eoff.

Dora married Albert Marion Brumfield December 18, 1882 in Boone County, Arkansas. Albert Brumfield became a lawyer, practicing in both Arkansas and Texas. He was listed as county judge in Jim Hogg County, Texas in 1920.

Aldora and Albert Brumfield were the parents of seven children, Rupert Campbell Brumfield, Jessie (Brumfield) Nasworhty, Anna (Brumfield) Magruder, Albert Marion Brumfield, Jr, Marie (Brumfield) Prather, Doris Brumfield and Richard B Brumfield.
