He was born at Pomeroy, O., on May 20, 1902.
The boy's sickness was first caused by injuries received while being dragged a considerable distance on his stomach by a calf.
Peritonitis developed and although every effort was made to save him during the nine weeks of his illness he was unable to withstand the strain.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon from the J.J. Cunningham home, Rev J.N. Carnine officiating, and interment was made in the Nunn cemetery.
The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
