Chenoa – Dale G. Augspurger, 65 of Chenoa, passed away at 11:11 pm, Thursday, December 8, 2022 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Dale was born June 27, 1957, in Pontiac; the son of L. "Gene" and Selma (Meece) Augspurger. He married the love of his life, Karen Rhoda on June 4, 1977 in Chenoa. His wife, Karen preceded him in death on November 9, 1980. His parents also preceded him in death.
Dale was a 1975 graduate of Chenoa High-school and was employed for many years at Livingston Stone Quarry, rural Pontiac. A gruff exterior tried to hide a mischievous grin, one of a kind laugh and a tender heart of gold which will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
