Mrs. Nina M. Holycross
Mrs. Nina M. Holycross, 62, of 52736 Hastings Rd., died at 11:55 a.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Born Sept. 9, 1911, she had been a lifetime resident of South Bend. On Feb. 14, 1935, she was married to Marshall A. Holycross, who died in 1956. Surviving are two sons, Marshall A. Jr. and Harrison E., both of South Bend; three daughters, Mrs. Nina Kay Holcomb and Mrs. Edward R. Schrader, both of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Michael T. Burns of Osceola; 16 grandchildren and a brother, Forrest Feece of Arizona.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Earle A. Bowen, pastor of the Lydick Missionary Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
