Heather Lynn Brown, 35, of Buchanan Road, Waverly, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, as the result of an auto accident on Ohio 220 West near Waverly.

She was born on Nov. 27, 1972, in Dayton, Ohio, and is the daughter of Debra Lynn McIntire of Cattletsburg, Ky. and Paul Arthur Fowler of Lucasville, Ohio.

She was united in marriage on July 4, 1999, to James Michael Brown who survives. Also surviving are a son, Shane Michael Brown, of Waverly; five brothers, Paul A. Fowler II of Lucasville, Carl Leslie Columber of Ft. Thomas, Ky., Chris-topher Lee Fowler of Portsmouth, Paul Kenneth Fowler of Lucasville, and David Porter of Portsmouth; two sisters, Christina Lynette Columber of Ashland, Ky., and Cherylle Lynne Trout of Louisville, Ky.

She was a member of Waverly Baptist Temple and was a Boy Scout den leader.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly, with the Rev. Rick Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery-Denver Road. Friends may call on Friday from 11 to 1 p.m. at the funeral home
