Born in Vigo Co., Ind. daughter of Joseph Stillson Baugh and Josie Wagner. sister of Jacob E., twins sister died at birth, Jos. E., Callie, Tillie, Mattie E., Lillie, Zewin "Zike", Maggie, Carrier, Pauline and Wilbur Baugh.

Minnie's twin sister, Maggie, predeceased her, and Minnie's son, Herbert Livingston, kept his aunt's ashes; when Minnie died, Herbert buried Maggie's ashes with Minnie.

Minnie married Dec 26, 1921 Henry Livingston, they were the parents of Charlotte, Norman, Patty, Raymond, Herbert, John Robert and Donald Livingston.
