Rhondie Dean Ousley, age 57 of Hiwassee passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022, in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born January 19, 1965, in Pulaski, he is the son of Joeann Duncan Ousley and the late Charlie Estel Ousley, Sr.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Brenda Darlene Martin Jarrells, grandparents, and aunts & uncles.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Left to cherish her memories are his wife of 30 years, Viva Darlene Jarrells Ousley, Hiwassee; children, Kayla Bethany (Evan) Kibler, Hiwassee, Logan Wyatt Ousley, Hiwassee; grandchildren, Chloe Ousley, Colby Kibler, Joseph Kibler, Riddick Ousley, and Serenity Ousley; mother, Joeann Duncan Ousley, Hiwassee; sisters, Kendy Ousley, Hiwassee, Kathie (David) DeCosta, Dublin; brother, Charlie E. Ousley, Jr, and Eric Wester, Dublin; father-in-law, Wayne Jarrells, Hiwassee; special sister-in-law, Tracy (Carl) Williams, Hiwassee; many nieces and nephews; best friend, Walter Jack Quesenberry.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2:00 p.m., November 22, 2022, in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Mike Hall and Lesa Viers officiating. Burial will follow in the Allison Cemetery, Allisonia. The family will receive friends Monday, November 21, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
