Mrs. Travis Hill, 67, of Bryson, was dead on arrival at the Graham General Hospital 12:45 a.m. Saturday, June 7.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hill were conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, June 8, from the First Baptist Church of Bryson with Rev. Clifford Gilliland officiating.
Burial was in Center Ridge Cemetery, Bryson, with arrangements directed by Morrison Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hill, the former Martha Bennett, was a lifelong resident of Bryson and was born February 1, 1902 in that city, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orton Bennett, Sr. She married Travis Hill May 13, 1937 in Graham. Mrs. Hill was a long time member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Travis Hill, Bryson; two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Burgess, Graham, and Mrs. Nellie Gifford, Bryson; a son, Thomas Sanderson, Conway, Arkansas; three brothers, Orton Bennett, Pearl Bennett, and Boyd Bennett, all of Graham; a sister, Mrs. Roberta Denning, Bryson; and seven grandchildren.
