Cheryl Lynn (Tippett) Bridgeman, 66, of Alma, Illinois, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 12, 2022.
She was born June 30, 1956, the daughter of Oscar and Betty (Montgomery) Tippett, in Pekin, Illinois. She married Terry Bridgeman on June 9, 2005, in Groveland, Illinois.
Cheryl was of the Baptist Faith. She loved anything that involved crafts such as sewing and embroidery to name a few.
Cheryl is survived by her husband; son and his wife; two grandchildren; a brother and his wife and a sister and her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Betty and three siblings, Judith Tull, James Tippett and Phyllis Flynn.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 10 am to 12 pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg, Illinois. The funeral service will follow at 12 pm with Pastor Jeff Leeman officiating. The graveside service will follow the funeral at Farmers Point Cemetery, in Tallula, Illinois.
Memorial contributions may be made to Everlasting Memories (HSHS Hospice of Southern Illinos) who was taking care of Cheryl at her time of need.
