Ruth Wright Faust died today at age 86 with family by her side. Ruth is the wife of James E. Faust.Ruth is the daughter of, Elmer and Elizabeth Hamilton Wright, and was the sixth child in a family of eight.
Ruth and James were class mates of Granite High School in 1942 while working for the State of Utah she became reacquainted with James E. Faust.They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on April 21, 1943 and were the parents of five children and 25 grandchildren.
Sister Faust served in many church calling including ward and stake Relief Society president, and traveling with her husband in his calling.
The Faust lived in Brazil where President Faust presided over the Church in all of South America.
The funeral for Ruth Wright Faust was held today, Feb.13,2008, at the Ensign Stake Center.
