Dorethea "Dorothy" Heath Barlow death certificate 1937.

The 1866 birth date comes from her death certificate (and cemetery records), however that would have made her 11 when she married and 12 when she gave birth to son Oswald. Genealogy records show birth date as May 27, 1860, which would seem more likely. The headstone also gives birth year as 1860. Without additional documentation, the date will be left as shown on the death certificate, with a note as to the discrepancy.
