Mrs. Audrey Lorraine (Flohr) Gearhart, 97, a resident of Quincy Village, Waynesboro, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 in the nursing home. Born April 16, 1920 in Foxville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Bessie (Fox) Flohr.

Mrs. Gearhart was employed as a seamstress at Connie's Sportswear, Waynesboro. She was a member of Germantown Church of God, Cascade, MD.

Mrs. Gearhart enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, reading, playing Bingo and embroidery.

She is survived by two children, Audrey Lorraine Gladhill and Charles W. Gearhart, both of Waynesboro; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gearhart was the last of her immediate family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Hays Gearhart who passed away July 30, 1982; daughter, Jorelene C. Helm who passed away September 22, 2006; two grandchildren, Melissa "Missy" Routzahn and Stanley Vincent Gladhill; and 13 brothers and sisters.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro with Pastor John Scahill officiating. Burial will follow in Fountaindale Union Cemetery, Liberty Twp., Adams County, PA.
