When PETER J. KAPPELMAN was born on October 26, 1862, in Polk County, Iowa, his father, CHRISTOPH, was 36 and his mother, CHRISTINA, was 31. He married MARY CHARLOTTE NUSSBAUM on June 27, 1889, in Nebraska. They had 10 children in 19 years. He died on March 16, 1938, in Des Moines, Iowa, at the age of 75, and was buried there.

Services for Peter J. Kappelman of Oxford and Greely St. will be held from the Newlen Funeral Home Saturday at 2 o'clock. Interment Pine Hill Cemetery.

, George F. Kappelman and Herman(Harry) E. Kappelman , all of Des Moines, Iowa, and one grandson, William (Billy) Kappelman.
