Blown Off a Train and Killed
NEWARK, N.J. - Joseph T. Kelly son of Eugene Kelly, the well known New York banker, was blown from the platform of a car of the 4:50 P.M. train from New York on the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western railway, while the train was crossing the Newark meadows, He was instantly killed, his head being crushed against a piles of ties. The wind was blowing a gale at the time. The deceased was about twenty-five years old and unmarried. His father, who was on the train, took the body home to South Orange.
