Joe Rudy Radosevich, 77, passed away on November 1, 2000, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born on February 15, 1923, in Gallup, New Mexico, the son of Pauline "Paulina" (Frkovic) and Carl "Ciril" Radosevich. His parents were both immigrants from Mrkopalj, Općina Mrkopalj, Primorsko-goranska, Croatia.

Joe served in the US Army Air Force during World War II. During the war he was held as a prisoner of war for approximately a year in Germany. He received the Purple Heart medal. Sadly his brother, Emil, also in the Army Air Corp, was also a prisoner of war in Germany.

He was a long-time resident of Gallup, where he was a motel and gas station owner.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pauline "Paulina" (Frkovic) and Carl "Ciril" Radosevich.

Survivors include his wife, Willa "Fay" (Bell); son, James Radosevich; three grandchildren, David, Cindy, and Steven; two brothers, Emil and Charles Radosevich; and numerous nieces and nephews.
