She is preceded in death by her father: Philmon Horace Underwood and her mother: Frances Moore Underwood, her sisters: Carol Childrey and Catherine Underwood, her brothers: Wesley Underwood and Philmon Underwood Jr. and her step-brother: Michael Mathews.
She is survived by her son: Austin Underwood of Tennessee , brother: Christopher Robert Underwood (Brenda ) of Tennessee , stepmother: Mildred Underwood of Person County , special nephew: Jeremy Shelton of Reidsville, special niece Leann Shelton Spivey (Larry) of Reidsville, step-sister: Wanda Mathews Birch of Tennessee and many beloved nieces and nephews.
