To Renew Vows on 50th Anniversary
A couple married 50 years will renew their wedding vows at 9 o'clock on Thursday, July 23, at Saint Mary Magdalene Church. Mr. and Mrs. Aggeo Figini, of 74 Hazelwood Ave., will also hear mass celebrated by Rt. Rev. Msgr. John P. Boland, P.A., Pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, a family friend who performed the same rite at the Figinis' silver wedding anniversary.

Mr. Figini, 72, and his wife, the former Isolina Sabatini, 71, met in the Adriatic seaport town of Ostra, Italy, where both were born. They were married there July 22, 1905.
Mr. Figini came to the United States in 1911 and his wife followed a year later. From 1911 until his retirement last year, Mr. Figini was a custom tailor.

A reception will be held in Montemaggiorese Club, 219 West Ferry St., after the mass by their son Leo and three daughters, Mrs. Louis DiCarlo, Mrs. Louis Lanza and Mrs. Antonio Latona. A number of friends from Florida are expected to attend.
