Miss Adams was born in Wilkes County, August 21, 1925, to Robert B. and Mabel Boyd Brown Adams. She was a member of Center Baptist Church. Miss Adams worked for Gray Brothers and was the co owner and interior decorator for Manor House.
Miss Adams is survived by one sister, Bernice A. Kilby of Wilkesboro; three first cousins, Dean Dearman of Concord, Grace Marlow of Mooresville, Jo Ann Sexton of West Jefferson; five nieces, six great nieces, three great, great nieces.
