Obituary from flammfh.com:
Robert Toone Oliphant was born on January 4th, 1936, in Provo UT as the 6th child of Elgin and Lucy Oliphant. Bobby was full of life and was a practical joker in the family of eventually 11 children. He waltzed into the waiting arms of his blushing bride on October 6, 2022.
This dashing young man found the two loves of his life while attending BYU–his love for dance and Pandra, the beautiful woman who became his eternal partner both on and off the dance floor. Bob and Pandra settled in Sugar City ID where they raised 10 wonderful children, Eric (Lisa), Mark (Judy), Teresa (Tim), David (Liz), Melissa (Mark), Debby (Jim), Heather, Della, MaryAnn, and Jacob.

Bro. O was the founding father of the dance program at Ricks College. He created an opportunity for many students to travel the world entertaining and teaching love through the many styles of dance. Robert became friends with many prominent dignitaries around the world through his easy manner and open heart. He touched multiple lives up until the day he died.

Dad completed his mission to share Christ's Love through his poetic artform of Dance. His greatest legacy is his love for his wife "Penny" and his family. Pandra preceded him in death in 2016. His passion for the arts and love of nature will live on in his 10 children, 33 grandchildren and 23 and counting great-grandchildren.

Bob's viewing will be held at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg, on October 15, 2022, from 10-12. A funeral will be held at the Rexburg Park Street Chapel located at 700 Park Street on October 15, 2022, at 1pm.
