Mrs. Paulina Dillon, widow of the late Daniel Dillon, was buried at San Jose, on Sunday, July 3, 1887 the funeral services being conducted by S. S. Martin, assisted by Rev. Artz, of the M. K. church, In whose house of worship the meeting was held.

The deceased wad born In Kentucky and was 74 years old. Her maiden name was Morgan, being a sister of Gen T J Morgan, of the union army, and now the Rev. Dr. Morgan, of Providence, RI. She has other brothers and sisters scattered through the west.
Her first husband was named Dement, by whom she leaves one son, living at Cisna Park, Iroquois county. Ill.
The other children by this marriage one of whom was Mrs. Dan. Riner, of Mason City, are all dead
