Doris Jeanette Hallam, daughter of the late Ottie Walker and Josie (Condray) Walker was born July 14, 1939 in Ellsinore, Missouri and departed this life on August 26, 2022 in Saint Peters, Missouri. She had attained the age of eighty-three years, one month and twelve days.
Doris had resided in the Saint Louis area for over 50 years and was formerly of Ellsinore. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of the Eastern Star for many years and then the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed gardening, was very social, loved people and enjoyed traveling the world. Doris had a very positive attitude, was very loving, caring, gentle and patient.
Survivors include her sons Jeff and Doug; her twin sister Dorothy.
In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by three brothers, Ivan Walker, Glen Walker and Alvin Walker; one sister, Opal Woods.
Burial will be in Roberson/Owl Roost Cemetery in Ellsinore, MO.
