Diana Crowder was born April 16th, 1953, in Shreveport, La., to the late parents of Milton Crowder and Virginia Hill Crowder-Thomas. She was called home on the afternoon of May 17th, 2022.
Diana was baptized in the name of the Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit on March 31st in, 1991.
She attended Kashmere Senior High School and graduated in 1971. She also attended Massey Business College for two years and graduated in 1973.
Immediately after graduating from Massey Business College, she started her career with the City of Houston, where she was employed for over 30 years.
Diana was blessed with two boys, Solomin Crowder and Edward Crowder. She had a large and loving family. She loved to travel, and she most definitely loved her garden. Her garden was her place of serenity.
She reunited with the love of her life Melvin Taylor in 2011, and they married in Las Vegas on November 7th, 2017. She was a devoted wife and mother.
Diana was preceded in death by her father, Milton Crowder, her mother, Ola Virginia Hill Crowder-Thomas, her eldest son Solomin Crowder and her two sisters, Judy Lynn Sowell and Gwendolyn Bailey.
