PEARL BENKEY Pearl Ballhoefer Redding Benkey, 77, Clare, Okla., died Saturday (Oct. 3, 1961) at a hospital in Durant, Okla. Mrs. Benkey was born Jan. 1, 1904 in Huntington County to William Arlen and Lora Poe McDaniel. Her last marriage was on July 1, 1967 to Charles H. Benkey, who is deceased. Surviving are four sons, Phillip K. Ballhoefer, California, Henry C. Ballhoefer, Tyner, Arther L. Ballhoefer, Rochester, and Harold D. Redding, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Widner, Bonnville, Mo., Mrs. Alta Kiefer, Huntington, and Mrs. Nina Morris, Texas; three brothers, Grayston McDaniel, Auburn, William McDaniel, Alexandria, and Clarence McDaniel; two sisters, Mrs. Olive Kramer, Andrews, and Mrs. Arlene Winkler, Florida; 30 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Deceased are two sons, two daughters, a brother and a sister. Services will be conducted Tuesday at the Coffee Funeral Home, Durant, Okla., and Burial will be in Durant, Okla.
