Tammi fought her cancer battle since first diagnosed in 2006. She fought long and hard but the cancer had just spread too far this time. She was born on May 1, 1962 in Milton Florida, she died August 27, 2022 at home in Havana Florida.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, and loving husband of 30 years, two daughters, 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. She is also survived by her step children (which I'm sorry I don't have information on). She is survived by an older and younger sister. She also has a half-brother and half-sister. Lot of friends. She will be missed by all.
She was predeceased by her Mother, Judy Jacobs, Her Maternal Grandparents as well as her Paternal Grandparents as well as her first and second husbands.
She will be cremated and her ashes will be spread out. I was told there will be no memorial for her. If plans change, I'll post it here.
