It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Carter (Payson, Utah), who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends.

He was predeceased by : his wife Jeanine; his sons, Randy (Connie Carter) and Jeff Carter; his granddaughter Kimberly Carter; and his parents, Reuben Carter and Marinda Carter.

He is survived by : his siblings, Grove Carter, Dan Carter, Rowene Knapp, Verna Taylor, Cathlene Caras, Iona Spainhower, Mac Carter and Curtis Carter; and his sons of Payson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
