"Constance C. Hoffman 72, a Native Washingtonian, departed this life on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Gilbert L. Hoffman, Ph.D.; four children, Gilbert B. Hoffman, Phillip Hoffman, Paul Hoffman and Julie Hoffman; two daughters-in-law, Lisa Hoffman and Roslyn Hoffman; one son-in-law, Juan Morgan; seven grandsons; three granddaughters; one brother, Robert A. Cooper Jr.; six sisters, Gwendolyn Colston, Sonovia Gallup, Grace C. Lamothe, Dolores Craig, Lillie C. Speed and her husband, Samuel, Waltine Wills and her husband, Dr. James Wills; and a host of other relatives and friends.
On Tuesday, May 25, friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12 noon at East Washington Heights Baptist Church, 2220 Branch Avenue, SE. Interment at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery."
