Born April 12, 1943, in Marshall County, MS, Roy is the son of the late Joe Martin and Alma Hanson.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carol Hanson.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Jennifer "Skeeter" Andrews and husband Mike, Sheila Pinter, Roger Hanson, Teresa Walker and husband Byron, Shannon Garcia and husband Reuben, Tommy Hanson and wife Alisha; 29 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will be on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Cumberland Cemetery, Bingham Drive
