WEST TERRE HAUTE - Marsha Kay Certain, 81, of West Terre Haute, passed away at 1:40 AM on Sunday, October 11, 2020 in the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was born in Vigo County on December 15, 1938 to James Verner Certain and Vera M. McGee Certain.
Marsha's memberships include the United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local # 398, Sugar Creek Home Extension Club, Friends of the Vigo County Public Library, Farm Bureau - where she served on the Board, and had bowled in several leagues throughout her life.
Marsha is survived by her brother, Rex S. Certain; a nephew, Clay Certain; and great-niece and nephews, Elizabeth Certain, Hayden Certain and Kyler Key; as well as several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers William O. Certain and James V. Certain, Jr.; as well as her nephew Douglas Certain.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been chosen with no visitation or services scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of Fitzpatrick Funeral Home.
