Reginaldo Carmona, Age 85, a resident of Chamita passed away on April 18, 2022 after a lengthy illness.
Our beloved Reginaldo was preceded in death by his loving wife Elena Carmona. He was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. He had a passion for gardening and farming and was always very proud of the results of his hard work. He planted and harvested beans, corn, jalapenos, cucumbers, sweet peas, and so many more through his hard work and passion for gardening.
Family to Reginaldo was the most important thing to him and because of that he leaves behind wonderful and beautiful memories for them to cherish.
Reginaldo is survived by his daughters, Trinidad and Amalia Carmona. His sons Rustico, Manuel, Martin, Jorge, Carmen, Isidro and Reginaldo Carmona. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren and 3 great great Grandchildren.
Public visitation begins at 6:30 pm with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the DeVargas Funeral Home of Espanola. Mass will be held on Wednesday May 4, 20200 at 11:00 am at the Holy Cross church in Santa Cruz with burial to follow.
