Mrs. Daniel Durst nee Marie Verstuyft of Fredericksburg passed away on Saturday, July 30th at the age of 80 years.
Marie Verstuyft was born on March 29th, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Arthur and Margaret Hooge Verstuyft
She married Daniel Durst on November 21st, 1959 in the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, San Antonio, Texas
Marie is survived by three daughters: Beverly and Dwayne Alexander, Mary Grona, Theresa and Vincent Kasch
Five grandchildren: Adam, Garrett, Amanda, D.J. and Christine
Eight Great grandchildren: Aiden, Shay, Huntly, Keagan, Kasch, Quaid, Ainsley and Aland
Sister in law: Pat Verstuyft
Neice Karen and nephew Kenny
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers: Eddie and Johnny Verstuyft
The family will greet friends from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. on Friday, August 12th in the St. Mary's Catholic Church with a rosary service at 10:30 A.M. and a Mass of Resurrection at 11A.M.
Graveside services and interment will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in her memory to Hill Country Memorial Hospice, Fredericksburg V.F.D. or to the charity of your choice.
