Regina Kinsey Hicks, 70, of Buford, Georgia, passed away of natural causes on October 10, 2021, in Buford. She was born November 11, 1950, daughter of Joe B. and N. Louise Kinsey, in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Hicks is survived by sons, Christopher A. Kinsey and J. Eric Hicks; grandchildren, William Moore and Isabella Hale; sister, Roxan Kinsey; and brother and sister-in-law, Lee J. and Sue Kinsey. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Regina lived life to the fullest and on her own terms. She lived in many places, but spent most of her life in DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Hall Counties in North Georgia. She attended W.D. Thomson School and Briarcliff High School. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA
