Joe B. Kinsey, 90, Dublin, GA, formerly of Decatur and Buford, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007, peacefully in his sleep. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Louise Walker Kinsey, whom he dearly loved. Mr. Kinsey was a very dedicated employee of The Lovable Company for 45 years. During World War II, he served as radioman for the USN LST 530. His tour of duty included landings on Normandy and Orange Beaches. He was also in the Sea of Japan during the signing of the treaty that ended WWII. After retiring from Lovable in 1985, Joe and Louise moved to Dublin to enjoy their retirement in the company of Louise's family. Joe most recently resided at Sheridan Senior Living to whose staff the family is so grateful for the loving care they gave Daddy. If preferred, please send donations to your local chapter of the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice. The family will receive friends at the Townsend Funeral Home in Dublin, GA, on Thursday, November 29, from 6 to 8 PM. The funeral will be at Townsend Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 30 at 2 PM. Burial will follow at the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery
