ALFORD — In Fresno, Calif., July 10, 1943, Eugene Alford; a native of Arkansas, aged 58 years; beloved husband of Sarah Alford of Fresno; loving father of Ernest S. Alford of San Francisco, Artice F. Alford of Fresno, Mrs. Imogene Heber of Richmond; brother of Grover A. Alford of Bakersfield, Coy Alford of Coalings, Fred Alford of Carmel, Marcus Alford and Frank Alford of Los Angeles; three grandchildren also survive. Private funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Lisle Funeral Home. L. and Calaveras Streets, on Wednesday, July 14, 1943, Rev. John Gregg officiating.
