Died after an illness of several months. Should she have lived till the 9th of June she would have been 78 years old and had been a resident of Warsaw about 40 years. In 1868 she married to Mr. Burleigh, who died in 1904. Survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Jennie Herrick of Bancroft, Mich., and Miss Fannie Burleigh who has lived with her mother and has given her the most tender and devoted care during these months of illness. She had been an invalid for several years. She had much of this life's sorrow and sufferings but in and through them all she manifested the sweetest spirit and a most beautiful and wonderful patience. These qualities of her character won for her many friends. Member of the Presbyterian Church. The funeral service was held at her late home on Grove St.
