Edward A. Shrubsall, 82, of Linden, NJ entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10 am from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Hedwig R.C. Church 600 Myrtle St. Elizabeth, NJ at 11 am. Entombment St. Gertrude Cemetery Colonia. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm.
Edward was born in Niagara Falls, NY. He was raised in Scotch Plains, NJ where he graduated from Scotch Plains High School in 1958 before moving to Linden 54 years ago.
He was a supervisor for 35 years for Merck and Co. in Rahway before he retired in 2002.
Edward was an avid New York Giants Fan, enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed his vacation home in St. Kitts.
Edward was the loving husband of 62 years to Carol J. Gillich Shrubsall.
Loving father to Carol Lee Ruppel and her husband Gary, Cheryl Piccoli, Edward Shrubsall and his wife Donna, Hugh Shrubsall and his wife Debbie and the late Bernadette Shrubsall.
