Patricia A. Phillips, 89, of Washington, died on July 21, 2022, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care.

She was born on October 31, 1932, in Washington, a daughter of the late William and Ellen Ammons Stephenson.

A 1950 graduate of Trinity High School, she was a member of Upper Ten Mile Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Phillips was retired from Fairmont Supply Company.

Patricia enjoyed reading, and loved family gatherings.

On November 9, 1951, she married Raymond M. "Hoke" Phillips, who died on April 5, 2008.

Surviving are two children, Sandy K. (Frank) Mendicino, of Washington, and Randall L. (the late Lisa) Phillips, of Washington; four grandchildren, Nicholas (Tara) Phillips, Nicole (Steve) Grant, Michael Mendicino, and Julie Mendicino; and three great grandchildren, Easton Phillips, Kaden Phillips, and Eloise Grant.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.

Burial will follow in Greene County Memorial Park.
