Louie served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. He returned to Worcester and worked in construction as a painter. He met his wife Nancy Temple 37 years ago and they eventually moved to Oklahoma in 1996. Louie was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed fishing and family gatherings and he was most often the designated grill master. His favorite vacations included deep sea fishing off the east coast and his many trips to Canada to visit family and friends.
Louie is survived by his wife, Nancy; son, Paul Welch and wife Courtney; son, Wilburn White and wife Branda; and brother, Kevin Hedge and wife Kelly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Welch; and daughter, Jill Temple.
Louie will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him.
