daughter of Robert Perry Wright (1851-1937) and Josephine Florence Hess (1856-1932)

Mrs. Ethel Amelia Smith, a resident of the Chelan area for 66 years, died March 26, 1963.
Ethel Wright was born in Burwell, Nebraska, June 28, 1886, and came to Chelan when she was 10 years old.
In 1904 she was married to George Flick of this community and he preceded her in death in 1952.
She married Herbert Smith in Port Angeles in 1954, Mr. Smith died in 1959.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. James Hanson of Chelan; a son, William Flick, Chelan; five sister, Mrs. Frank Erickson, Seattle; Mrs. Mabel Burns, mrs. Lou Bennett and Mrs. Myrtle Wright, all of Long Beach, California; and Mrs. Eva Darnell, Burien; also three grandchildren.
Services will be held tomorrow.
