Lois was born May 10th, 1925 Brownville, a small town outside of Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Doss and Eva Sullivan. She went on to proudly join the US Air Force, where she served as a clerk and a light truck driver. She drove trucks, jeeps, buses, and weapon carriers. Lois earned the respect of the men in the military whom she worked with due to her toughness and sense of humor.
She met her husband Don and later moved to his hometown of Chicago. They had 3 children, and later moved to a home in Glenview. Lois had many waitressing jobs throughout her life, with her last being a banquet waitress all the way up until 2013.
Lois made a lasting impression on everyone she met, and was extremely hardworking, fearless, and selfless. She impressed everyone with her wisdom, and was an avid reader. She would do anything she could for everyone around her, and rarely complained when things got tough. She will be missed by many and loved eternally.

Cousin, aunt, and friend to many.
