Marion Geneva "Mary" Ferguson Glover, 81, of Amagon, departed this life Friday, July 1, 2022. She was born February 2, 1941 in Alpena, Arkansas to the late Guy and Gertie (Woodworth) Ferguson.
Mary enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working puzzle books. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She loved her cats, dogs, goats, and chickens.
She is survived by her husband, John Franklin Glover; her children, Earl Wingate of Amagon, John (Jenny) Wingate of Amagon, James Wingate of Calico Rock, Carolyn Guyton of Hayti , Missouri, Linda West of Columbia, Missouri, Patsy (Vernon) Colburn of Natural Bridge, Alabama, and Brenda Myers of Carlton, Missouri; step-children, Johnny Glover of Amagon, Karen Mercer of Weiner, Janet (Edward) Mahan of Grubbs, and Thressa (Jimmy) Bowen; siblings, Gene (Mildred) Rowbotham of Harrison, Marty (Tammy) Wingate of Heber Springs, Jessie (Sharron) Judsonia, Eula Fay Epperson of Murphy, North Carolina and Martha (Jerry) Shepard of Clarkton, Missouri; 46 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Gertie (Woodworth) Ferguson; one son, Kevin Wingate; 2 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 from 1-2pm at Jesus is Lord Worship Center in Jacksonport, Arkansas with services beginning at 2pm. Interment will follow at Clark Cemetery in Weiner.
