Daughter of Watson Faircloth and Edna Layfield Faircloth. She grew up in in Baconton and was a graduate of Georgia Southwestern. She married Roger Kelly Beck on February 1, 1966. She and her husband moved to Milledgeville with his work and started a family. After her children grew up she worked with Rheem Manufacturing in the shipping department until her retirement. She was was a talented photographer and a member of Salem Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Kelly Beck and his wife. Amy. and Melissa Beck Johns and her husband, Bobby - all of Milledgeville, seven grandchildren, Gracyn, Sydney, Sara, Zachary, Riley, Preston, and Olivia; and siblings, Tony Faircloth and Dale Hasty - both of Baconton.
