Mary Ann West, lovingly known as "Minnie", age 85 of Decatur, died July 7, 2022 in the Loft of Rock Springs Nursing Home in Decatur.
Mary was born in August of 1936 in Union County, Kentucky the daughter of Walter E. and Delphean Williams. She was a homemaker and a volunteer for the Decatur Public Schools. Minnie married Charles West in August of 1953 and he preceded her in death in October of 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Martha Ooton and friend, Rachael Fitzgerrel.
A Graveside Service to Celebrate Mary's life will be 10:30 am. Friday, July 15, 2022 at Lester Barnett Cemetery in Decatur with Pastor Ed Hollis officiating. There will be no visitation.
