He was pre-deceased by his brother, Bill Foster (Nancy).
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 62 years, Ruby Lumsden Foster, children; Michael Foster (Sharon), Ricky Foster (Gay), Timothy Foster, grandchildren; Sumer Tucker (Geoffrey), Ashley Foster, brother; Glen Foster (Loretta), sister; Mary McBride (Allen), special sister-in-law; Carolyn Lumsden, special friend; Earl Young.
Funeral services will be held at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church, at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2022, with Rev. Joe Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
