Steve Osborn, age 68, of Russellville died Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at his home. He was born September 20, 1953, in Russellville to James Edward and Bobbye Jean Gullett Osborn.
He was a disabled United States Army Veteran serving as a Pharmacy Tech. He graduated from Russellville High School in 1971 and attended Arkansas Tech University for two years. He was a member of the Atkins Civic Team for 10 years and his passion was working with children. He worked for the Russellville Postal Service for 20 years, then retired and worked for Russellville City Corporation for 10 years.
His greatest joy in life was his children and his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Harrison; and a grandson, Braden Harrison.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at the Shinn Chapel with Brother Joey Hanna officiating. Burial will be in Bowden Cemetery and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time in the chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Amanda Harrison Scholarship Fund, 96 Sparks Lane, Russellville, Arkansas 72802.
Pallbearers will be Alex Spadlin, Landon Harrison, Brian Harrison, Chris Dunning, Shane Butler and Wayne O'Briant.
Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Osborn, Randy Osborn, Charley Osborn and Alan Osborn.
