James Osborn, age 91, of Russellville, died Monday, May 9, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. He was born January 27, 1931, in Russellville, to Marvin and Daisy Osborn.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and he served his country during the Korean War. He also served in Guam and in China.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Bobbe Jean Gullett Osborn; a brother, Charles Osborn; a sister, Mary Lake; three grandchildren, Amanda Harrison, and Angela and Stanley Osborn; and a great grandson, Brayden Harrison.
The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2022, in McFadden Cemetery, with the Rev. Daniel Jackson officiating, and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
