ALICE - Petra L Davila, 76, died October 9, 1992, in an Alice, Texas hospital after a short.
She was a housewife and was preceded in death by her husband Lorenzo Davila, who died In 1960.
Survivors include four sons, David Davila of Corpus Christi, Adolfo (Katie) Davila of Houston, Lorenzo (Frances) Davila and Roberto (Olga) Davila, both of Alice; four daughters, Francisca (Jesus) Villarreal and Evangelina (Joe) Falcon, both of Corpus Christi, Audalia (Padre) Garcia and Elida Gonzalez, both of Alice, one brother Agapito Lerma of Annaville, Texas; two sisters, Eliza Recio of Premont, Texas, and Hortencia Mendiola of Robstown, Texas; a dear friend, Solome Salazar; 22 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be recited 7:30 pm Sunday, October 11, 1992, at Mauro P Garcia Funeral Home of Alice. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am Monday, October 12, 1992, at St Joseph Catholic Church in Alice.
Burial will follow at New Collins Cemetery in Alice.
