She taught young children at Blue Lakes Fine Arts Camp, Head Start for migrant children, and as substitute teacher.
Terri was a member of Fountain Street Church and enjoyed art activities in Lowell and activities with the Seventh Day Adventists and Gilda's Club. She was diagnosed with MS in January 2013 and in August, on her way home from Fallasburg Fall Arts Festival, was in a bicycling accident and rehospitalized in December. She is remembered for her wide smile and her love of family, fine arts, culinary arts, and Northern Michigan.
A remembrance gathering is scheduled for Sunday, June 22 at the Cross Village cottage. Donations in her memory may be made to Gilda's Club, 314 S. Hudson St., Lowell, MI 49331.
