Frank served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from C&D in Attica and enjoyed raising cattle and hay on his farm in Warren County and doing custom baling. Frank was well known for the quality of his hay and the work that he did. He also loved to ride motorcycles, a hobby he had enjoyed for many years.
He married Frances H. Woodrow on Sept. 27, 1952 in Veedersburg, In. She survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Christy Kruger of Veedersburg and Marla Allen from south of Stringtown. Also surviving are two grand daughters and three great grandsons and one great grand daughter.
