Obituary - Lynbrook, April 23 - Funeral services will be held tomorrow night for Mrs. Millicent Andrie Halsey, widow of Capt. Jay Howard Halsey, U.S.N., in the Armand S. Flinch Funeral Parlors. Mrs. Halsey died Sunday after a long illness. Captain Halsey, who died a year ago, was a lieutenant commander during the World War. Surviving are a son, Jay Howard Halsey, Jr.; Mrs. Halsey's father, William J. Andrie, both of Lynbrook, and a sister, Mrs. William J. Soehl, of Queens Village. Burial will be Thursday in Southampton Cemetery.
