Sheila Cullen Atkinson , 75, of North Syracuse, died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a native of England and had resided in North Syracuse since 1964. In 1994 she retired from Key Bank as branch manager, having worked for Gold Dome and Key Bank at the Skyline and N. Syracuse offices. She was an avid gardener, seamstress, crafter and animal lover.
Surviving are three children, Mark S. (Helen) Atkinson of North Syracuse, Karon J. Zoll of West Monroe and Victoria Louise Davidson of Hudson, FL; seven grandchildren, Dana and Lauren Atkinson , Todd, Dustin, Janai and Wesley Zoll, and Kaleigh Davidson; and her beloved pet friend, Rocky.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Fergerson Funeral Home with burial in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 215 South Main Street, North Syracuse.
Donations may be made to the CNY SPCA, 5878 East Molloy Road, Mattydale 13211.
